This next year’s retreat topic is Flowing in the Spirit of God. Does your life feel like one struggle after another? Are you trying to MAKE things happen in your own way and timing? Are you constantly trying to figure out what you need “to do” to be happy?

When we are living in the flow of God’s Spirit, we don’t have to make things happen because God’s blessings just overtake us!

Jesus was flowing with God when He said, “I only do what the Father tells me to do,” or “I and the Father are one.” If we believe that God is our source and greatest supply, we need only to cast down our nets at his command to receive a harvest.

In this retreat, we will explore how we can live in the flow of God’s Spirit by “allowing” His love, blessings, abundance, and peace to move freely and naturally through and eliminate resistance to our dreams and desires.

Through Christian meditation, self-awareness, and other spiritual disciplines at this retreat you’ll learn how to:

Let go of your fears and limiting beliefs
Understand how “you” create your own reality
Flow & affect with what God is doing in your life
Understand the “true” source of your happiness
Learn how to let go and allow God
Open doors to greater blessings and abundance
Effortlessly create a life you’ll love

Sample Daily Retreat Schedule:

7:00- Morning walk or exercise

8:00 – Tea or Coffee/Personal Devotionals

8:30- Christ Centered Yoga Practice & Group Meditation

9:30- Light Breakfast

10:00- Workshop

12:30- Lunch

1:30 – 3:00- Personal, Activity, and Reconnect Time:

(Afternoons alternates between personal alone time to complete self-healing assignments and nurturing and/or recreational activities that include:

- Personal Coaching (see build your retreat)
- Massages and Spa Treatments (40-minute massage included)
- Meditation walk or studio
- Hiking, biking, and exploring the surroundings
- Work on Personal Self Healing and Clarity Assignments
- Personal Quiet Time with God

3:30- Group Activity

5:30 – Dinner

7:00 p.m. – Christian meditation workshop, practice, and evening activity: Gentle Candle-light Yoga, Soaking in God’s Spirit, Praise Flags Worship, Prayer Circle, etc.

9:00 – End
